"Comfortable and clean room in a pleasant hotel just a short walk south of Donegall Sq. Situated in Dublin Rd, it is close of the main bus routes and roads to the city centre Whilst the room was a reasonable size, it doesn't have a table or chair and the bathroom sink is in a corner of the room. However the toilet and shower are in separate amenities. Staff were available at all times to answer any questions and they provided a good service. Wi-fi was pretty good as well"

"Very nice hotel, clean and good gym. Only thing stopped 5 stars - air con kept going off which meant a hot night. Probably should have just opened the window! Will be back. "

"Really enjoyed our short break in Belfast. The hotel was great and the food on offer was first class. The Australian staff member who served our meals was excellent - very friendly and attentive. Would certainly return."

"The hotel itself is very nice, the staff are friendly, and overall we had a great stay. The room was excellent the bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The staff at reception and throughout the hotel were very helpful and welcoming. One downside is that for a 4-star hotel you need to book the pool in advance because it’s shared with a gym club. Also, the hotel makes it look like they have a jacuzzi, but in reality they don’t. We also ordered room service, which was fairly average. For the price, the steak wasn’t good enough. We ordered roast vegetables but received boiled ones instead, and surprisingly the food was delivered without basic sides like salt or sauces. Overall, I’d rate the food about 6/10."
