“Hotel is very nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was phenomenal and very helpful when we needed to extend our stay. When we checked out, she had checked us in, she remembered we were here for our daughter’s surgery and recovery and asked about her. Those personal touches really make a place stand out.”

“One of the best hotels I've been too! The staff were so incredibly nice and welcoming!”

“조식도 맘이 들고 다운타운과 가까워서 좋았습니다.”

“The TV remote didn't work because there were no batteries in the remote. The remote was replaced and initially worked but only for a couple of hours. We had to unplug the cable from the TV when we went to bed. Around one in the morning, the smoke alarm started periodic beeping. The desk clerk said it was a low battery but they did not have spare batteries and he would leave a note for maintenance. He told us to remove the battery and left a step stool (which was not tall enough)outside the door....

“There was absolutely nothing in the room to read. I had to call front desk to find out how to get internet and how to control heat. There were no menus so I don't know if room service was available or not. I couldn't tell whether the coffeemaker was free to use. Too few towel racks for wet towels. No water glasses by sink. It seemed to me that there was little attention to customer once one was in the $200 room.”

“The Breakfast is really good!”
