I slept in Eden Park Guest house!

This was a shared guest house but everyone was very private. I never met another person although I heard people leaving. I would stay here again. The house and the view from the second floor was historically nice.

It is an older house that has been cleaned and painted and has happy character. We enjoyed our stay - nice and quiet. Would like bedside clock but that is so minor...We will stay again!

The biggest concern was the condition of the third floor shared restroom. Two recommendations: An installed toilet paper roll and a secure water distributor on the tub. It isn’t an ideal tub for persons over 5’ tall, but one can sit and scrub satisfactorily as long as they have average flexibility. Also, an upgrade of tile on the walls and floor of the shared restroom would be ideal.

This was exactly what I needed for a quick solo trip to DC. Outside the noise of the city but close enough that it’s just a quick metro ride to the capital. Loved staying here and definitely will do it again!

This my third or fourth time visiting this property. Each time has been consistently clean and easy to check in and out. The host is very friendly and accommodating to different check in times and other needs.

When I arrived, there was a notice on the door that the electricity had been shut off due to nonpayment. I called the Eden Park Guest House number, and the manager was not apologetic and instead told to me check on the power myself. I cannot speak for the conditions of the room as I decided not to stay at an accommodation without electricity.

The guest house is in a good location close to the Metro station and a quick ride into Downtown DC. Many good restaurants are located nearby in Takoma Park which is a cute area. The property itself is tidy but appears to need a deep clean and is very outdated. Staff were friendly but not present.

Place was comfortable. Billed as a B & B, but breakfast was cancelled due to covid; didn't know before arriving. Coffee selection was minimal. Exhaust fan howled like a Banshee scaring me.

This is not your typical B&B. No host on site. The check in person was pleasant but came and went. The house was really cold. Our bedroom had separate heat so it was warm, except for the cold air coming under the door. The bath was very small and had a very loud fan. Everything could use a coat of paint, but was clean. The location was ideal for visiting family so it was worth the negatives.
