I had a wonderful stay at Americas Best Value Inn Caldwell! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The location was convenient, and I appreciated how quiet and peaceful the property was. Small Town Get Away

Weekend stay. Like the small town feel. Pool was good for the little ones. Ate local and attended a Bluebonnet fest a few miles away.

The landscaping and outside appearance is beautiful. The breakfast is absolutely terrible, all processed items, even the orange juice isn’t real OJ. My room was not very nice, old looking. Bathroom door took up lots of room, should be a pocket door, no table in the room or desk. Looked like furniture was added here and there just because, not well thought out. Manager was very friendly, greeting all the guests.

There are a few improvements that can be made..a small dresser in the room, cleaning the floors (my feet were dirty from walking barefoot) even with a clean room, the towels could be thicker, the mirror placement needs to be moved from inside the bathroom to the outside. The front desk staff at check in were wonderful and very friendly.

Overall, things were pretty good. There were a couple of things that didn't work. The phone in the room didn't work. The TV remote had dead batteries. After I went to the front and got new batteries, it still didn't work very well. It only would go to one channel, and I could not get it to move to another channel. Breakfast was very good.

Clean place to stay.

I found everything clean. Appeared some remodeling had occurred. Painting the walls would have been a large improvement. Had some very noisy people staying there but realize they have no control over that. Good variety on the continent breakfast.

We stayed in one room for 8 guests. It met our basic needs of cleanliness, breakfast, comfort. It had one bathroom, microware and fridge. The A/C worked great. Only needed an extra mirror in the room. There was one mirror for all of us to get dressed and that was a little challenge. Love live the King of Country-George Strait! Also nice restaurants and antique/boutiques in the small town.

Good Low-Cost option

Check in was great. Hot tub missing on/off button cover. Breakfast a little light on options but the waffle maker and hot coffee were good. Not a good option to make hot water for tea or oatmeal without using microwave. Only fruit was apples.

Nice staff but not clean at all

The staff was very friendly and quick to try and remedy issues. The rooms were large but not cleaned in detail at all. Two of the four beds sheets were not cleaned. There were hairballs across the floor and tables were not wiped down. We ended up leaving to another hotel. Sooo filthy.
