“Everything was clean and everyone was helpful. Only downside for us was the sofa bed was disgusting. Tried to have our team son sleep on it but we took the mattress off and put it on the floor and put triple layers of sheets on it because God knows what was living on that thing. That just comes down to cleaning staff checking it. Everything else in the hotel was really great.”

“The rooms were infested with flies. The original room we booked had over 20 flies. They were all in the facial tissues and everything. The staff was nice enough to move us to a different room. The second room had about 10. We got rid of them but they just seem to keep coming back slowly. (We think from the ceiling tiles that were open). “Staff was not friendly, did not even greet upon check in. Was told upon check in that breakfast was until 10 am. Went to breakfast the next morning (Sunday) at 9:15 and no issues, except the selection was pretty lame, but the next day we went same time and was completely closed down. Apparently they shut down breakfast at 9 am on weekdays. The pool was so gross we did not step foot in it. The whole place stinks. The room was decent enough for a budget hotel.
