Nice clean hotel room, nice internal hotel decor only downside was the room was quite small for 2 adults and 2 children but we were only staying for 1 night so manageable. Breakfast was great and included in room rate. Overall good stay and hotel - staff were also really helpful

The property itself was great. The room was a bit small for our family but it worked. Best part was the breakfast included and staff was great. Not in a great location for access to public transport whixh was the biggest issue. The McDonalds and Subway within a few meters also made it convenient for travel with kids.

Rooms are very old , bathrooms not working properly, they all the time offering you to change the room if you are not satisfied , but other room still in the same condition , avoid to stay this location 😔

The room was simple but neat, but the bathroom was awkwardly laid out. (shower door that turns into the bathroom so you had to squeeze yourself between this door and the washbasin). In the morning, far too little space to have breakfast (in the hall, sitting at a small, low table and I sat on the floor). The breakfast spread was simple but sufficient. Our reservation through Expedia was nowhere to be found on the computer. As a result, we had to wait an unnecessarily long time. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In dem Zimmer war es sehr warm , Leider ließen sich die Fenster nur kippen und nicht ganz öffnen. Eine weitere Kühlmöglichkeit gab es nicht. Besonders in den Morgenstunden musste man das Fenster schließen, da der Verkehrslärm deutlich zunahm (in den Abendstunden ist es zu tolerieren). Das große Bett ist bequem, die Couch zum Schlafen ist nur bedingt bequem. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig gutem Angebot. Die Umgebung ist sehr unruhig und laut (Autohof). Als Zwischenstopp gerne wieder.

Bis auf ein paar wirkliche Kleinigkeiten ein top Hotel zum kleinen Preis. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich, das Personal freundlich und das Zimmer war sauber. Das Schlafsofa war leider nicht sonderlich gemütlich und hat bei jeder Bewegung ordentlich Geräusche gemacht, aber das normale Bett war einwandfrei. Eine Lampe war nicht richtig angebracht, da hin ein Teil etwas seltsam von der Decke und eine andere Lampe war kaputt was zum fertig machen etwas nervig war. Schön wäre auch eine Waschmaschine vor Ort gewesen, aber das ist alles meckern auf hohem Niveau. Bei dem Preis kann man gar nichts sagen und wir würden definitiv wieder buchen. Der Parkplatz ist leider noch recht teuer, aber am der Straße zum Hotel haben wir immer einen kostenlosen Platz ergattern können. Zu empfehlen ist definitiv das Restaurant Fiano direkt am Hotel. Super leckeres Essen und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Alles in allem eine gutes Hotel. Das Zimmer war in Sachen Ausstattung, Funktionalität und Sauberkeit sehr gut. Das Personal würde ich als gut bis sehr gut bewerten. Frühstück war gut aber nicht perfekt. Normaler Standard halt. Die Umgebung ist an und für sich recht ruhig. Es liegt in einem kleinen Industriegebiet direkt neben einer Tankstelle mit Waschanlage und einem bekannten Fast Food Restaurant. Dementsprechend ist da dann Abends auch einiges los.

Good place to stay for a night to visit Köln or Phantasialand. There is AC in the rooms that was turned on before our stay. This was needed because it was +30°C outside. A lot of noise due to the carwash, gas station and McDonalds outside (a lot of drive in customers that waits along the street), but with closed window, no problems with that. Good breakfast, clean sleeping rooms and bath rooms. Excellent for this price (€200 for 4 persons for 2 nights)
