"We had a great stay and would have given the hotel an excellent but the shower was either cold or lukewarm and never got hot. Breakfast was also great and I appreciated the fact that at 9 there was still plenty of food. The coffee was just ok.
Also as a first time visitor, I didn't realize that the bakery and restaurant where off premise. Maybe be obvious to others but wasn't to me."
"Noisy and not cleaned well. Wrestling groups were running up and down hallways all night, vacuuming at midnight and just not quiet enough to sleep.
Our bathroom on first floor was grubby, floor had blood on it and just worn out.
I would recommend a good cleaning and updating!"
"The room was small but very clean. The staff was very nice and pleasant. Only complaint was the mattress was broken down and felt like I was on a slope. "
