The outdoor pool and area were very lovely. The staff were friendly and personable: (3 generations!) Some English was spoken, which was rare in Uruguay. Breakfast was extensive, with many baked goods.

O lugar está velho e mal cuidado, os quartos e banheiros com móveis antigos e desgastados. O café da manhã é razoável, mas é com hora marcada, escolhemos o horário das 10hs e só tínhamos 30 minutos para comer, pois logo vinha um funcionário avisando que já tínhamos que sair. Os funcionários não são nada simpáticos, os da recepção sempre de cara fechada e quando solicitamos para verificarem que a água do quarto não estava esquentando não resolveram e não deram retorno. A localização é boa, tem um shopping quase na frente, mas sinceramente não indico o hotel.

Hotel em colônia.

Hospedagem boa, o restaurante é ótimo, o lugar é agradável. O quarto deixa um pouco a desejar. O box do banheiro é apertado e molha o banheiro ao tomar banho. A cama é boa mas os travesseiros não. O Wi-Fi é ótimo.

En general muy bien, las piscinas muy buenas. Hay aspectos del equipamiento de las habitaciones a mejorar , tapa y asiento de inodoro de mejor calidad,al igual qué la cortina de ducha, lo ideal sería una mampara. Equipar el frigobar con alguna bebida.

Muy buena estadía, muy lindo el hotel! La mejor piscina interior de las que conozco en Colonia! Muy buen nivel de desayuno aunque se podría mejorar con mayor disponibilidad de frutas! Muy amable el personal !!! Lo unico negativo es la pobreza del wifi en el noveno piso donde nos alojamos!

El hotel es muy comodo. No es moderno en su mobiliario pero esta bien cuidado. Se disfruta mucho tanto de las gran pileta que esta al aire libre como de la que se encuentra bajo techo y climatizada. El desayuno es bueno, bastante completo. El hotel se ubica frente al shoping colonia. Lo unico malo (por lo menos en mi experiencia) es el wifi, en la habitacion diria que casi era nulo. Mejoraba en el pasillo y en el hall de entrada o area de restaurant

Todo Perfecto!

La verdad todo excelente! Me regalaron un fin de semana para irme con mi esposo y mi hija, y disfrutamos mucho! Colonia es hermoso, el hotel increible, antiguo pero cuidado, en cada detalle, el desayuno super completo, las piscinas cómodas, la atención muy buena, la ubicación también. Nos encantó.

Nice hotel. It is a bit far away from the historic center which is the place you may want to visit. The hotel is old, but very clean and quiet. The staff was vrey nice and the checkin and check out process was very fast. The gym is very old and some equipment is not working.
