"The cleanliness could have been better. Hair from previous guests all over the bathroom floor and linen. Only one towel in the room. Had to wait 30 minutes to get an extra one in the morning. Front desk staff were very friendly. "

"Manager lied about ability to shorten stay, claiming it was due to me booking thru a 3rd party app then turns around and denies the refund request when my third party provider requested it. Blatant dishonesty is a detriment to the good service this business wishes to provide. Additionally, please train the reception desk staff how to speak to people. I’m not sure if it’s a racial thing but I don’t appreciate being spoken to as if I’m from a different planet, nor do I speak incoherent or unintelligible english. I speak very clearly to asking me to repeat myself multiple times encroaches on micro aggression territory. Not trying to nitpick here, I’m a chill and easy going person but my last stay here turned me off THOROUGHLY, which is a big shame because aesthetically this was my favorite hotel in the Troy area. I would really like to be treated as any other patron… if I ever come back here that is. "
