Decent little breakfast, staff always friendly and helpful, hot tub could be a little cleaner but was hot, as a hot tub should be but isn't always, balcony areas for breakfast and pool, and very clean room and property. Great location, walking distance from a quaint park/skate park/pickle ball court with a creek and trail running by it, liquor store, grocery store and Garden of the Gods. Would 100% recommend, and will stay again.

This is in the perfect location to access all there is in the area! Walking distance to Garden of the Gods hiking paths and gift shop. Nice and quiet location with a nice parking area. Breakfast with sausage, eggs, toast, cereal, waffles, yogurt, eggs, fruit, coffee. Would stay there again the next time I am in the area. We had a king size bed with a desk and small table with 2 chairs. Very comfortable space with microwave and small fridge. Housekeeping did a great job, staff were very nice. Shuttle is also available nearby to take you to The Incline, Cog, and downtown shopping.

Very good location. It looks even better on the inside! It wasn't until we left I realized they had an indoor pool that was my mistake. The room was very clean. The beds were made and very clean. It was a good deal for the price. Overall A rating!

The 1st room itself was clean, the second room we got had dingy linens, dirty bathtub, the floors in the whole hotel were dirty. The gym had no water, one treadmill, bike and elliptical. Breakfasts coffee was horrible, food was not great. Don’t recommend. The whole area is sketchy.
