"We bothy slept poorly diue to the noise of the freeway. Cheap windows provided little sound insulation. TV was inoperable until the maintenance came to reboot the system. No breakfast coupon was provided at check-in although I paid extra for breakfast at time of booking."

"It was clean, nice for the one night we needed it. The staff were not friendly, when we checked in or out, it was different staff members and they seemed to hate their job. Not pay attention or greet people. When we checked in the one lady was on her phone and barely acknowledged me, she was dismissive. When checking out it was pretty much the same. Breakfast wasn’t the best, I thought it would be cooked food, but it was just cereal, bagels and coffee. overall the best part was that the room was clean. that was it. "

"I have always loved this hotel! Not only is the staff friendly, you cant beat the location! Because if you have kids like me that can't make up there mind what they want to do. You can start the day skiing, then if you want to take a break and go swimming and back to skiing you can!"

"Rooms are very clean, the area is nice & the staff is very helpful & friendly. The hallways throughout the hotel as well as the carpet throughout the hotel could use some updating but overall its a great hotel. I stayed here twice & I would stay again. "

"Was really excited to stay here for the pool - it was ice cold. Even the kids wanted to leave. Rooms you could tell they recently did some remodels which were fine. Nothing outstanding and could have been a little cleaner. Front desk staff was kind and friendly. "

"Good place, they need to however bring their game up on warm breakfast. Cold coffee, no real cream for coffee, most warm food not kept warm! Who uses 4 oz cups for coffee? Just few improvements will help get this place up to par for what a Holiday Inn should be!"
