The staff and the property were OUTSTANDING. Everyone was so pleasant and willing to accommodate the guests. Breakfast was quite good!!! The management was very considerate of the guests relative to the extremely HOT temperatures and provided the guests with complimentary bottles of water.

Great location! The staff was friendly. We were moved from our original room because TV didn't work. But in the new room the fan in the bathroom was so loud we couldn't leave it on. Also the water temp was so hot in the shower and was not easy to regulate. When we turned to cold it just seemed like it was less pressure but not much different with the temperature. Good options for breakfast and overall clean. Would stay again.

I flew over night from the West coast to charlotte and was staying here for a visit to Congaree. Congaree is a pretty small park so after a morning hike and no sleep, I was completely exhausted but still waiting for my ‘stay’ to start. They were able to get me in a room a couple hours before check in so I didn’t have to sleep in my car. Hotel is well maintained and it’s next to a lot of bars and restaurants.

Hotel was very pretty. The breakfast was fantastic with friendly helpers but the front desk staff, both night and day, were a little rude and it seemed to bother them if you asked a question. The biggest problem was our toilet. Every time the room close to us flushed if we happened to be on ours we got a burst of water in our bottom. Not a good feeling 😕 I don't think we will be staying there again.
