"Everything was good about the hotel except for no A/C. Even though we stayed in late September and the weather wasn't that warm, the room was very warm. And even with the 2 small windows open + 2 small, oscillating fans? Still too warm."

"We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! The staff were very accommodating and kind. We arrived late, and they were gracious enough to allow us a later check-out, which we really appreciated. They were also very responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The location is great and very close to Fairmont Hot Springs. It’s also a great place for families, especially if you have kids who enjoy sports and outdoor activities. We had a great experience and would definitely come back again!"
