콜럼버스 아파트식 호텔

“Pleasant stay. Everything was nice.”

“Clean room. Cool layout.”

“The checkin desk was staffed by a friendly woman who had time to share a nice bit about the hotel and town. Greatly appreciated the explanation about the gorilla mascot in the hotel landscaping!!”

“We liked that there were places to eat next door!”

“Unfortunately, the property is older and has not been kept up to date. The vent fan in the bathroom was missing the cover. And, the ceiling tiles had water stains which may be a sign as to the source of the water on the floor. The bath towel was the smallest and thinnest ever seen. And they only provided one. The cover on the air conditioner was falling off.”

“There is no staff on the property. All communications with staff is done through text or phone. The property is nice and the room are well appointed, but shower curtain had mildew, sheets and towels had stains and cover needed a wash. Cleaning staff needs supervision. The mattress in one of the two cabins was in poor condition”
