Rooms were outdated and we were unable to control the temperature of the room. It was so hot in there! We had it on the cool setting, as low as it would go and the room was still roasting. Very uncomfortable to sleep in a room that hot. The appliances were old, though they functioned fine. The blankets were very thin and the bed was uncomfortable. On the plus side, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and breakfast wasn't bad.

the heated pool wasn’t working when we went, but the hot tub was and it was AMAZING. yummy breakfast, nice staff, and so happy that it’s pet friendly. our dogs loved it !

Not horrible , room was clean but needed a really good deep clean , walls needed scrubbed etc . Needed a lot of repairs , looks nice but walls are scraped up , paint missing , doors dented up and drafty , huge draft coming through unusable fire place . Can hear through walls very easily . We were also missing things like dishwasher soap / dish liquid to wash dishes , extra blankets. Child found medication under bed that didn’t belong to us, luckily old enough to know not to take . The pluses - we loved the space , overall appeared nice ( minus the detail work ) staff was very friendly especially housekeeping

Place was nice, but our tvs were not working.when I asked he said it was the input.. ? But it wouldnt have been both tvs. However breakfast was good and nice atmosphere. Loved the fire pit and fireplace.

Absolutely loved the pool and fire such a unique and different experience my wife and i travel quite a bit and the spacious room and granite countertops and decore made it a very enjoyable and comfortable environment we qill be staying again

Bad service and terrible experience

Booked a non-smoking suite for a family stay, but once we entered the room, there was strong weed smell!!! Had to call the front desk to get the room switched, no apology on the drama! The building is ok but a little bit old. Breakfast supposed to be offered 7-9am, but when I got there around 8:30, only a few slices of bread left there, all hot dishes were empty! Besides, the front desk did not wear masks, even though we are still in pandemic!

Clean, well-kept suites and excellent amenities. The heated pool was especially fun, even with our stay falling at the end of December. Beautiful outdoor lounge with firepit. Our only critique is that the lobby was messy and the staff member behind the desk was wearing very stained clothing - obviously, this is not a major issue, but it did present a first impression that made us initially question the quality of the suites.

Our suite was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had every ammenity imaginable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Regrettably, our unit reaked of cigarette smoke which kept us awake with breathing issues. Expedia and Cloverleaf were very kind and understanding in compensating us for the inconvenience.
