I had an incident with this hotel. There was no power and had 3 kids with. I had to get around for archery tournament in the dark. Expedia helped me locate. The front desk acknowledged my leaving and assured me it was going to be taken care and Expedia reached out in an email. My card was still charged full amount for two days. Over a week later I am still waiting for them to refund me or even send me an acknowledgment of this, corporate has helped me but I am still waiting to hear from the hotel it’s self, I would not recommend this hotel.

The elevator was broken and we were staying on the sixth floor, which meant we needed to make a phone call every time we wanted to come up and down from the lobby. The pool and hot tub area had no supervision and there were a lot of children jumping in and out of the hot tub and doing unsafe things in the pool area. The room was lovely, the staff was nice. They just seemed totally overrun.

Everything was just ok. I booked for the hot tub feature and breakfast. Very disappointed that the hot tub was packed, but that’s not anything the hotel could manage. The breakfast was barely edible and I’m not a picky eater. Only 1 of the 2 elevators worked, and the one that did work was extremely slow. We took the steps from the 4th floor most of the time. The only employees who were somewhat congenial were at the front desk. The others we encountered appeared disengaged and unhappy. I did like the shower pressure and I slept well. Those are probably the most important things, but I’m unlikely to return.

We always stay here when we have our getaways everybody is friendly. Everybody is nice professional. I love the pool and the hot tub and the rooms are perfect and clean and I love how high the bed sits. This is our favorite hotel.
