10/10 Excellent

"Room was clean. We did have one extra large black ant and one extra large brown spider of some sorts in the room. Shower door didn’t stay closed so we did have to use a washcloth to push in between the two doors to keep it closed. Otherwise room was good. Quiet and comfortable. Very over priced but was probably due to the cou try fest in town."

"Bathroom lights were not working. No facial tissue box. Not serving breakfast because kitchen under remodeling.no prior notification. Asked for late check out, when came back at noon to pickup our belongings. room was made and they clumped our stuff over my suitcases and threw our leftover food in refrigerator. Very bad experience."

"How the hotel is and and what the pics show are night and day. The bathroom floor seemed like it was tilting, no hair dryer, no ironing board. I had called to get this cancelled once I got to see the room but was told that they will only know by Monday about cancellation. It is poor service and management that I m being asked to do another booking if I don’t like this and then hope to get a refund. Ideally I would like a refund - this was a really poor experience with hotel not even showing a name sign, and even the door key cards not having rhe hotel name. Lighting was extremely poor as well."
