This hotel was extremely dirty. The hallways, the walls and the rooms. Nothing was ready when we arrived at 8:45pm. Check in is at 3pm. Staff was horrible in being organized with the rooms, giving some people some of the same rooms. Overall this experience was horrible.

While the staff seemed to want to help solve the few issues we had, none of them were taken care of. We stayed for two nights and never had a working remote. They tried to rectify it in the very beginning and after that it lost importance to them. I tried to get an extra towel around 10pm Saturday night when we returned to the hotel, but was told that they had no access to towels and I'd have to wait til morning (we never got the towels). What??!! The bathroom had clearly not been cleaned; mirror, toilet and bathtub all were pretty bad. The carpet hadn't been vaccumed. The window and window sill didn't look like it had been wiped down for a while. Thank goodness the beds were clean or we would have requested a new room. I was too tired to worry about it. We ALWAYS bring our Lysol just in case! Unfortunately this is one we will not choose a second time.

It was hard to reach someone at the lobby. Only one lady was nice and provided us the information we needed. We had many bad experiences with people we couldn’t even know if they worked there. Place was dirty all around and there was a strong smell of weed and cigarettes. It was noisy in the hallway and even for some time they were not making check ins so many people had to leave the place.

Arrived after a 6 hour drive and spending the day at the zoo for my child’s birthday. To be told our reservation had been cancelled with no options available. No phone call or message of warning. The lobby smelled of drug smoke. The attendant was incompetent at best.

Black mold on bathroom cieling, no towels, skid marks in the toilet, body hair all over bathroom. When I told the manager he told me they were overbooked and had no other rooms to give me so threatened to cancel my 2 nights stay booked a week in advance if I wouldn't stay in the room I was given with comping 1 night. The manager did not comp the 1 night anyway. Awful mess.

Good if you need to sleep. That is all. Our room was non smoking but smelled like smoke. The entire hotel smelled of marijuana. Inconsistent customer service. Had no ice bucket or phone. No do not disturb sign. The ice machine was broken.

I get to check-in, clerk tells me I need my plate number off of my car. I told her NO, I am not going out there and look at the plate number. Told her it was a Red Kia Rio, with University of Pikeville plate. I get to the room, the bathroom light is hanging by a thread, and was unable to turn the lights off in the bathroom. The lobby was disorganized. Huge room with about 4 tables and chairs. It looked like someone had stole all the furniture from the room. The TV in my room, remote would turn off/on and adjust volume, other than that, could not change channels. The girl at the front desk gave me a new remote and I programed it and still same thing. There were 2 young women sitting outside the front door smoking pot (Legal in Ohio now). They charged me $2 more than what Expedia charged for the room. Overall, I would not advise anyone to stay at this location.

Came for overnight stay. Room had slight smoke smell even though it is a non smoking facility. Ice machines out of order. Facility shows age, needs complete renovation. Room was adequate and clean for my grandson and I. Breakfast was basic no frills. Decent value for the cost.

Tried to check in early was told that she didn’t know what rooms were cleaned and to come back at 3pm. Returned at 3 then was told that I still couldn’t check in because they still didn’t know what rooms were cleaned, had to wait another 30 mins or so. When questioned the manager who had an attitude and said we can refund your money. Very unprofessional.

We arrived at the property and there was not any rooms for us. I purchased the insurance and it is worthless. I'll never use Expedia again and recommend no one else to use them either. The trip cost me twice as much because of this.

What can I say that's good, nothing. I have pics of how dirty it was, beds looked like a 3 year old made them and all bedding wrinkled. Bathtub had duck tape on it for a repair. Toilet wasn't even flushed. It was nasty. No ice, broke down. Breakfast I wouldn't even have plus bey limited. And chairs were all on top of tables. They didn't have the room I reserved and had to take what I didn't want. Customer service couldn't be any worse. Forget using cart to load your luggage. Steps up to first floor and elevator so pointless . I feel I should be refunded part of my money. I'd rate it as getto, that bad!

The hotel was smelling liquor. The room was stinking with liquor smell. The carpet was stained and sticky. The bed linen was dirty. The walls had black marks all around. The toilet had dirt and hairs all around. The furniture was broken and rotting. We checked in and could not bare the smell and dirty room. When we went to the receptionist to complain, he asked us to checkout and that will not be charged. So apologies nothing of regret.

I cannot even write a review on the state of this hotel as they cancelled my reservation 24 hours prior to my arrival. I had conflicting responses as to whether this was due to a maintenance emergency or simply overbooking. Since the reservation was non-refundable, Expedia has attempted to reach out to the property numerous times for my refund and they have yet to respond. I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of professionalism and utter disregard for their customers. Do not risk staying here.
