“The property is nice, but if you are staying in the Hill view rooms, there’s a lot of walking and it’s very steep uphill. They need transportation or a golf cart to take up to your room. I had to pull my bag all the way up to the room myself no help.”

There aren't any major restaurants, supermarkets or other commodities near by so walk with any snacks you may like, but the freedom of being in nature, eating local fruits on the property, being able to hear yourself think without distraction was well worth it.”

“The rooms were cleaned every 2 days. The staff was very accommodating anything that was not in the room, you could ask and they would provide it. I would have liked to have a table and chair to sit and eat in room. Also a small stove can be placed in the room in the event someone was willing to prepare their own meals. “The hotel, staff, location and service were excellent. But something was terribly wrong with the kitchen. It took easily 2 hours every time we ordered food. This was for everyone staying at the hotel and everyone were starving and complaining. Having a relaxed lunch or dinner while staying at a beach resort is part of a good vacation and unfortunately Radisson miserably failed in this aspect. Otherwise all good.”

“The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement.”
