"While the hotel appeared modern and updated my issue is with the cleanliness of the rooms. I Check the beds at any hotel I stay at, I requested to be moved from my first room because the sheets and pillows were full of hair. The mattress cover was not fully on the bed and when I pulled the sheets back and tightened the mattress cover I noticed the mattress itself had soiled stains. We were moved to another room and the sheets appeared clean no miscellaneous hairs through out the bed and the mattress looked fine. It wasn't until midway through the night I kept feeling crumbs on my legs, thought maybe it was just extra debris i might've put on the bed from walking around with my socks, so in the morning I pulled the sheets fully back and noticed crumbs towards the end of the bed, and guess what? A few strands of hair. Housekeeping needs to do a better job at cleaning the sheets and the shower."
