"The hotel itself and staff are very nice. While we didn't take advantage of it, it being a pet-friendly property is nice to know. Booked a room with a tub, which was deep and spacious -- Separate shower and tub is a nice amenity. Nice lobby bar, although a bit overpriced, especially for mocktails. Bed was not the most comfortable. The bed linens did not feel premium, and were strangely loud. Although nitpicky, it was a nice experience. "

At around 2:00 a.m. I was unable to sleep because of the noise coming from the room above. I could hear every step and even the entire conversation of the guest upstairs. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, and better organization, transparency about construction, and improved sound insulation would greatly improve the guest experience."
