“A little oasis in lush gardens, a lovely private pool area and all the amenities set up for a perfect laid back island holiday. Neil is a wonderful host and super helpful and friendly. We stayed in the upper level 2 bed apartments which is large, comfortable and perfect to chill on the huge balcony. Just perfect. Rarotonga is a beautiful island with loads of beach bars, restaurants and activities by day. A trip to Aitutaki is a MUST. See you next time Neil! Suze n Tracy”

“Location was perfect but drunk older women yelling all night until 3 am was a bit much. Advice was to lock all doors and windows because of petty thieves but at least 3 windows didn't close let alone lock. Very clean, comfortable beds but owners need to spend some money on basic handyman updates. Oh and fix the pool deck and add a paddle so the kayaks can be used to full advantage,”

“This bungalow suited us perfectly. Reading the previous reviews, I can see the host has acted on most comments and improved things for the next visitor. I was pleased to see tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper. The air conditioning was amazing once you give it time to work. Decor is lovely. Free Starlink wifi was fantastic. Location is great, although is tucked behind the front bungalow so it doesn’t have wide views of the ocean, which didn’t bother us as it was a bit safer for our young child....

“Beautiful home. Well equipped, immaculately clean. Outside furniture abit dated. Nice quiet, private location. Neighbors are all friendly, close to the beach and walking distance to the shops. Very afforable. Can't wait to come back. Thank you.”

“Great location. Short walk to beach, cafes and activities. We enjoyed the night markets across the road. Villa was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for 4 adults. We cooked our breakfast at the Villa and enjoyed eating out for other meals at nearby cafes and restaurants. The barbecue looked in need of a good clean so we opted not to use it. Water supply was intermittent and gas hot water was not continuous which made for very short showers.”

“We liked staying here. The one thing we didn't like was the lack of curtains in the living, kitchen area. People walk up and down the walkway right beside the house. If you have just got up and wearing your pyjamas, everyone can see you making your breakfast or coffee. Light curtains would be nice. They would also help with shutting out the afternoon heat. ”

“This property is excellent for large groups and is in an excellent position next to a rocky but swimmable lagoon. It is a close to a wigmores, a couple of food stands and the Rarotongan Resort. ”
