“Staff were apathetic”

“Stayed two nights at the Fitzwilliam Hotel last week and the hotel staff could not have been more accommodating. A huge shout out to the concierge desk consisting of Gerard, Paul, and Gavin; all of whom went out of the way to make our first visit to Belfast comfortable and memorable.
