This place is excellent, local bars and shopping close by and only a ten minute walk into the city and five minutes to the underground. Communication for entry was very good and the owner was very helpful. The apartment is huge and is on the third floor so if walking the stairs isn't for you it might not suit you. Otherwise its excellent and the flat is well stocked and the beds comfy. I would definitely stay here again.

We were in the middle of a heat wave, butnthe AC was non operational. It was like sleeping in a sauna. We could not cool off at night because the west facing side of the building kept radiating heat all night. Customer service denied thatnthey were aware if this, but finally had to acknowledge that they knew and had done nothing but drop off a couple fans. Overheard others in elevator being toldnthe same lies about their stay. Lighting was a puzzle that we couldnt solve and our bedroom door wouldnt shut.This meant that if anyone got up at night to use the toilet, motion sensors turned in the lights and woke others. The only way to stop this was to turn off the master switch, then use the light in my phone to get around. This apartment need some significant issues resolved before being rented again, and the dishonesty when dealing with the property management is enough to keep me from using Bob W ever again.
