"There was no soap provided—how are travelers supposed to clean up? It’s a basic necessity. Even charging an extra $2 or $3 would be fine, but it should be included. Otherwise, it’s very inconvenient for guests."

"The property is very central with easy pedestrian access to all major central areas. Streetview of the neighbourhood is a put-off, but it is much better than that impression. The apartment is reasonably furnished, but lighting is dim in the dining area. Reception is self check-in, which worked quite well, but I regret not being able to meet my host in person, an enjoyable part of travel. Self check-in discards another opportunity for human interaction. "

"Great apartment in a great location. Wife and I stayed 3 nights with our adult daughter. Worked perfectly. The “courtyard” is not really a place to hang out so don’t expect that. The apartment t was well equipped and quiet. Would stay again!"

"Property in great location, but major problems with both internal bathroom door and more importantly the door to access the property. We could not unlock the door from the outside, we accessed the property by climbing up and then through an open window. We the nad to leave this window open to get access to the property (a major security risk).
