"Arrived early and was able to check in promptly. Didn’t use any of the amenities as was out all afternoon and eve but did have breakfast in the morning which was exceptional. Shower was initially cold first thing but by the time I had breakfast the water was hot. I would consider staying again when I’m in the area. The manager “Grace” couldn’t have been more helpful and was polite. Nothing too much trouble."

"Hottest day in May on record and the heating was on in my room. After speaking with staff three times and an hour and a half later, I was moved to another room. In spite of the wonderful advert featuring a restaurant I was told no kitchen tonight. Second room was very noisy overlooking the car park which doubles as a camping ground for motor homes, with ten present. No mattress cover and a very dirty mattress. Black mould on the bathroom ceiling which had been painted over but still showed...
