They don't accept Amex despite advertising that they do and you have to pay for the stay at check-in, as opposed to leaving a credit card pre-authorisation, which means you need to settle any charges separately with another transaction. I got both the room upgrade and $25 Gold Member credit at check-in"

"Excellent Staff and beach"

"The hotel is very large, but unfortunately it is not well maintained. Our room was in poor condition: the beds were old and sagging, the sheets felt rough and worn, and the toilet lid was broken. The shower was constantly dripping, and the glass door to the balcony wouldn’t lock—even though we were on the ground floor, which felt unsafe. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection, but the quality was disappointing. Fortunately, we only stayed for one night."

"Beautiful big clean rooms with amazing pool view. Room 1122 perfect location. So many lovely bars and restaurant with good quality food and drinks above your usual all inclusive. Loved them all other than found mo’s to be a bit limited for choice compared to the choice and quality in the others. Lovely beach. Nice reef although as shallow a little murky at times. But can still see loads of amazing fish. Amazing waterpark for the kids. Friendly helpful staff in reception bar and Ahmed by the pool. A stones throw from farsha can see it a few doors up from the bar in the hotel overlooking the beach and a short 10 mins walk to it. Stunning looking hotel would recommend."

"This place was the worst part of my egypt trip, i originally booked two nights there but ended up leaving to another hotel after one day. The hotel staff was horrible, its like all of the workers there hate their job and show it. While i was there, i almost saw a brawl between two staff members, the reception desk takes for ever to give you any soft of assistance, and once they get to you they do it with an attitude like they are doing you a favor. The electricity in the room kept going off so i had to ask for help to get it back on constantly. The breakfast was horrific. You couldn't pay me to stay at a place like this again. "

"Very clean, professionally staffed and managed, exceptional property location and food was a good value. Would give it a 10 star stay, except for the constant cigarette smoke at every part of the property…lobby, restaurants, drifting into rooms, at the beach. Not sure why people are still allowed to smoke anywhere in public, but in Egypt, this is still acceptable 😳"

"When we arrived from Cairo to Sharm El Sheikh, it was almost 9pm. The receptionist was super rude. The restaurant was almost closing. So we went to dinner. The restaurant staff were very kind. The Chef sent us a special plate of fish as all the protein dishes were already over. I paid an extra $35/- US, for a late check out as I was climbing Mt. Sinai that night. I wanted to sleep and I informed the staff that I will sleep and check out by 6pm. I had the do not disturb board on. Yet they banged on the door at 5pm disturbing me completely. The Housekeeping staff were sooo sooo loud as they started cleaning the next room that I had to get up again and tell them to keep it low. The loud music all throughout the day was exhausting. Earlier in the day, I paid for a high end body massage.. which was an absolute shame. The women just applied some oil on the body and then went and sat. She said I had to rest as I may feel dizzy when I get off the bed, cutting short the massage time. Then at 5.45 I had the housekeeping and bell staff come and knock at the door, rushing me to get out immediately. I was just finishing my packing when the staff called on the receptionist and the fellow who was there at the time I checked in, came into my room and was virtually standing inside the room space watching me pack and trying to implicate ‘get out at once’ I expressed my deep disappointment and said that I will definitely write a review on his conduct. A very bad hotel with zero courtesy. "
