"This was our second stay, rooms have plenty of space, everything was clean. Blankets were alittle thin, and parking is alittle challenging."

"I called the hotel a month before my stay and asked them which room should I make a reservation if I wanted an ocean view. They assured me that the rooms that are described as having an “Ocean View” have a full ocean view from their balconies. Absolutely, not the case. The room I got had, at best, a “Partial Ocean View”. I can’t imagine the view of the rooms described as having a partial view of the ocean. I called the front desk to get the room I paid for, and rudely were told that the hotel was completely booked. I took pictures of the view of the supposedly “Ocean View” room. To top it all of, I was charged $40.00 per day for a regular car parking. There is no parking on the streets…. AND… $40.00 per day in hotel fees. Go figure…..?!?! Also, if you think that today Hilton’s hotels are what they were before in terms of quality, cleanliness, decor, service, and elegance; you are for big surprise. I was very disappointed with the room I got, the extra charges, and the quality of the stay. We being on vacation to celebrate our 10th. wedding anniversary, this hotel left us a sour note on the ocassion "

"A lot of entrainment for kids! Buffet was definitely dirty and not worth 100 bucks but overall park it’s good for kids and place it’s good for a day! "

"Great hotel in a perfect location right on 5th Avenue in Naples, Florida, surrounded by some of the best restaurants in the area. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. The rooftop pool was awesome and a great place to relax, and the food was very good for a hotel restaurant. The staff was attentive and friendly throughout the stay. Another big plus is that the beach is only about a half mile away, making it an easy walk. The only drawback for me is that I’m a big gym person, and the fitness center felt a bit tired and could use an update. Other than that, it was a great stay and I would definitely come bac"
