"The hotel is in a lovely location on Lake Orta, within close proximity to Orta San Giulio. However, the hotel itself is looking rather shabby and is in need of a makeover. The rooms are a good size, but the air conditioning is extremely noisy, making it difficult to sleep with it switched on. Unfortunately, without the air conditioning, the rooms become uncomfortably hot. The hotel was reasonably clean. Cooked breakfast was disappointing, particularly the scrambled eggs, which were terrible....

"Great hotel! I stayed here with my dad during the Oceanman event. The location is perfect, as it's only a few meters from the start area of the Half Oceanman race. We received a very warm welcome, and all the staff were exceptionally friendly. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant. The pizza was delicious, light, and well prepared.
