The exit is a typical interstate exit with gas stations and fast food but it seems safe enough. This particular Hampton Inn is on the older side but well-maintained, very clean, and has a super friendly staff. I’d definitely stay there again.

This was the cleanest, most friendly place I have stayed in a long time. The staff was amazing, and they were so diligent on making sure everything was perfect!!! Will definitely stay again!!!

Front desk staff, Arizona, was extremely rude and disrespectful when asking questions about additional fees she hung up on me. Breakfast was hardly edible. Room was extremely hot and could not adjust fan in room as it had been blocked off. Asked for a late checkout after paying $500 in total plus additional “incidental fees” and was refused a late checkout as it is only for Hilton honors members. My husband has been throwing up all night and the hotel was again rude and very concerned with hotel policies rather than guest comfort. Overall the facility was decent but the staff and culture was a zero out of ten for me.
