Me corrieron del hotel cuando me preparaba para hacer el check out y me cobraron un desayuno que decía que era gratis no es cierto me cobró la señora del lobby 300 pesos por tres días (100) por día el desayuno malísimo no tienen ni leche, solo te verde poca fruta en un vaso muy pequeño personal cero amigable de restaurante parece que te hacen un favor y al final me cobraron 2000 pesos de mi tarjeta de crédito son unos abusivos no se queden en ese hotel el servicio malísimo. Se rieron de mí mi mamá acaba de morir me corrieron y me amenazó esta señora con hablar a la policía espantosa experiencia siendo extranjera. No se queden ahí es un lugar si limpio pero nunca te hacen la limpieza diaria ni recogen la basura tienes que pedir toilet paper porwue no hacen la limpieza ni cambian sábanas que les importa si no hay papel de baño. Correrme por teléfono ? Le quedan cinco minutos para irse si no le cobro otra noche. La peor experiencia de mi vida nunca regresaría a ese sitio ni a Córdoba. Me trataron peor que a una basura que tipo de gente es esa

Jamas hacisn limpieza diaries, aunque el Hotel es muy limpio pero llegas y no hay alguien que se ocupe de tu servicio de limpieza ni de sacar tus votes basura. Al estar me preparando para hacer el Check up me llama una señora de reception y le dice se va a quedar otra noche ? Porwue ya se tiene que salir su « cuarto » así me dijo vence en cinco minutos tiene cinco minutos pars estar aquí en el lobby, yo acababa de recibir de parte de mi padre que mi mamá habia fallecido (no estando en mi pais ) y tenis que irme a CDMX para tomar el vuelo soguiente de regreso a su funeral, voy saliendo al lobby pero esta vez ibs grabando con mi teléfono (que grabe con voz lo wue me dijo por teléfono ) llego so lobby y entrego ls llave llorando por mi mama y me dice la señora son 300 pesos de los dedsyunos y yo ??? Perdon ? Ahi Mismo hotel dice que esta incluido eso no lo grabe Y le Comenté à la señora y me voy saliendo llorando me dice a donde crees que vas ? Tienes que dejar Algo En garantia??? Que les pasa ellos tienen mi tarjeta de crédito Osea pueden cobrarse de ahi le digo señora mi mama acaba de fallecer y me dice eso a mi no me importa esto es un negocio) y yo llorando Yo le hablé de Usted me falto al respeto incluso a mi mamá ) en fin , me dijo rapidito ok? Si no llamo a la policía ? Osea bien pudo haberse cobrado de mi tarjeta de crédito, pero correrme y hablar me ssi no se Lo permiti para nada. me cobraron de mi tarjeta de crédito y me cobraron 2000 pesos cuando eran 300

La necesidad de solicitar constantemente que te abran el portón del estacionamiento. Me parece que quizá puedan optimizar esta función mediante la instauracion de un proceso que proporcione seguridad al cliente y a las instalaciones del hotel
