I liked that the property was only a short walk to all amenites. Unfortunatly, it was right next door to the loudest nightclub in Kavos, so no sleep possible till Midnight.

Unfortunately due to Thomas cook going bust we were unable to stay this time but I have stayed here before and it’s fantastic so close to everything and would highly recommend

Het is een basis hotel. Niet te veel van verwachten maar alles is aanwezig wat je moet hebben. Ideaal voor een budgetvakantie.

poor quality hotel overall bad service

did not enjoy my stay for many reasons no television in room no electrical points in room had to pay for air conditioning and beach facilities in advert was free when complained to hotel spoke down me blamed hotels.com but they have duty of care over external adverts and other clients were complaining constantly about accommodation being not what they paid for overall hotel I would avoid

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL

Absolutely dreadful, not only did we had to wait for our hotel transfer to pick us up but what the worst thing is they didn't pick us up at all! Not the best thing to start of our holiday. We have ask for a hotel room with a kitchen for 2 weeks despite bringing along food in our luggage only to be greeted with a room only room with no kitchen so all the food we brought we had to bin. Despite being a hot country and the £1200 we paid for for 2 people, you would think they would include free air conditioning but we had to pay an extra €90. Air conditioning would also randomly turn off in the middle of the night in which you wake up drenched in your own sweat. Bathroom was even more worse as when trying to turn on the cold water (being a hot country) it would constantly be hot water running with sent us to a wild goose chase of having to constantly go to the reception to tell them about our hot water problem. I can go on and on but the list only goes further and further leading me to ramble on forever. Despite Kavos being a beautiful country, THIS HOTEL IS NOT! DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL.

In generale mal organisato e bastanza sporco.

Le camere bastanza pulito,la spiaggia sporco e dalle due parte della spiaggia canali con acqua della fogna(odore) l'impianto di depurazione non funziona,30 cm di alghe sulla spaggia,le vespe dapertuto anche in camera e sala da colazione. Manutenzione piscina = 0(pavimento pieno di semi.) Il paese KAVOS=CHAOS ,droga,musica fino le 4 la mattina.

Unter jeder Sau!!! Schrecklich! Nicht zu empfehlen

Die "Zimmer" in denen wir untergebracht wurden haben mit den Zimmern auf deren Website rein gar nichts zu tun! Es war schäbig, dreckig ja sogar ekelerregend! Wenn uns sowas in Österreich passiert zeige ich die Verantwortlichen an wegen vorsätzlicher Gesundheitsgefährdung! Wir sind nach einer Nacht in diesem Loch (!!!) wieder abgereist nachdem man uns ein anderes Zimmer gegeben hat (das wir angeblich gebucht haben??) War noch schlimmer....hatte nicht einmal ein Fenster im ganzen Raum! Dusche verschimmelt, Toilette verdreckt und einfach nur ekelig! Nach nur einem Tag suchen haben wir ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit Balkon gefunden und dieses auch auf eigene Kosten gemietet! Anreise: 21.8.2016, 3:30 Uhr Abreise: 21.8.2016, 9 Uhr ........Alles klar??

Close to the beach was the only real positive.

Great location right on the beach and for those who are looking to go out at night as it's basically on the strip. However there was no organisation. Food was terrible and very limited. Room was very basic, beds not very comfortable, you get a fridge but no kettle. They change the towels every other day. Shower spills onto the floor in the bathroom. You have to pay extra for aircon. You could hear some hear some noise from the strip at night and other people in the hotel.

Très bon rapport qualité prix! Hotel en bord de mer, une très belle vue sur le balcon de la chambre. Situation parfaite pour aller faire la fête dans la rue principale de Kavos!

Ikke helt hva vi forventet

Hotellet sparer på alt, bortsett fra spriten de heller i drinkene dine! Rommet i seg selv var helt ok, ikke noe mer. En seng et bad. Det bærer preg av at det er gammelt og at vedlikeholdet ikke har vært helt tilstede. Adults only er en sannhet med visse modifikasjoner, det vi trudde var et hotell med folk på vår egen alder viste seg å være der hvor alle de festglade og ungdommelige britene bodde. Stranden på nedsiden av hotellet er fin og ikke overbefolket av turister. Det er en del grums i vannet og stranden blir ikke i nevneverdig grad vedlikeholt. Servicen på hotellet avhenger av alderen på de ansatte. De yngre var veldig hyggelige og behjelpelige, mens de godt voksne 35+ valgte å ikke strekke seg så langt utenfor stillingsbeskrivelsen. Området Kavos er fyllt av lokale resturanter, barer og supermarkeder. De spisestedene vi var innom hadde veldig god mat og veldig hyggelig betjening. Er det noe som trekker meg tilbake til Kavos er det maten og folka bak. Ikke hotellet. Nordmenn flest (fikk vi høre) var ikke klar over at Kavos er Corfu´s svar på Agia Napa. Partyfaktoren var stor, litt for stor for et par i slutten av 20-årene på jakt etter en rolig romantisk ferie. Uansett klarte vi å slappe av og nyte livet med god mat, snorkling og andre utflukter. Det er folket du reiser med og ikke hotellet som avgjør om ferien blir som man ønsker.

Forfærdelig oplevelse. Vi blev smidt over på et andet hotel, hvor man kunne høre så meget larm fra gaden og nattelivet at det var umuligt at sove. Har aldrig prøvet noget lignende. Medmindre man kommer for at drikke, blive tilbudt stoffer på gaden, vil jeg anbefale folk at blive væk.

Great hotel!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, only thing that wasn't great was the floor in the room clearly never gets sweeped, if you walk around bare foot or with socks, the bottoms of your feet are covered with sand and dust. We were self catering and our room had listed that we had a kitchen but didn't. TV but didn't and the wifi isn't the best. The shower head in the room we had was awful (sprayed in every direction), didn't bother telling the reception though as we couldn't be bothered to pack and move to another room if that was the option. The reps are very very friendly and tell you anything you want to know and are happy to help you anytime! Drinks are overpriced though, other than that it was a good stay. Would definitely return!

Brown Water

It was a hotel with literally a great location very close to the beach and the strip. The hotel staff was very wonderful and friendly. However the water from the pipes was brown. The shower and from the sink. Made a complaint but nothing was done. It got to a point where we had to used bottled water to shower. I managed to get a ear infection too and severe skin rashes. Im supposed to be graduating on Tuesday but dont think I'll be well enough.
