The hotel should have designated trams for hotel guests and not make them wait in line for 20 to 30 minutes with the rest of the crowd. Also, if you rent a cabana you should be able to have food service in the cabana. Again waiting in line for 45 min to an hour to buy food when you have paid $245 for a cabana is ridiculous. "

"I stayed here because I was seeing a game at Fenway South. Great location that is close to the ballpark. Clean hotel with nice pool and easy parking. Room was spacious and clean. My only complaint is that there is no one at the front desk. You check in with a kiosk and there is no front desk staff. I had questions I wanted answered and there was no one to talk to in person. Overall, still a good experience and would stay again. "

"Pool is small, with only about 10 lounge chairs. The elevators are the slowest I have ever used. Good parking, and staff is extremely friendly. The tiki bar area smells of old dried alcohol, but the breakfast was decent. The room was clean but with a strong bleach smell, and the air conditioner had mold in the vents - fortunately there were 2 in the room. Overall, good value for the money, but could use improvement. 3/5. "
