"We arrived late, the host was very angry. The place doesn’t have elevator while we have heavy luggage and we were offered no help. We also had to share a bathroom. Internet didn’t work at all, neither on our devices, nor on the TV. When we asked the host to fix it, she told that she doesn’t know, why it is not working. "We stayed the night before our flight the next morning and check in was very easy, the staff was friendly, and the rooms and common areas were very clean. We parked a car with no issues, and we ate dinner in the hotel restaurant (in fact, it was one of our best dinners on our two week trip!). Would stay again."

"Absolutely perfect stay. The apartment is newly renovated and pristine (with fantastic AC). The location within 1 minute of the metro was super convenient and the area down by the canals had fabulous restaurants. Check-in was easy (and flexible! We got in at 10am and we were lucky they could accommodate us early) and super friendly. One of our favorite spaces to settle into as a home base while on vacation with our family of 6."
