"No access to iron / ironing board"

"I am giving it such low stars because I was charged first when making reservations through Expedia but then was charged again when I checked into the hotel which I was told was a deposit and would be given back at check out but I have yet to receive it back and when I called, they directed me to call Expedia which I also did and nobody has fixed the issue."

"Friendly staff. Room was clean. The mattress were like sleeping on a brick and the walls are paper thin Could hear the people in the next room talking throughout the night. Cannot control the temperature from in the room. They do this in the office."

"Fabulous room for the price! It’s a studio apt., not a typical hotel room. We love the option to cook our own food, and a giant grocery store was right nextdoor. Everything was clean and comfy, including the fitness room, laundromat, even the stairwell!"

"Staff were very nice. Rooms were clean. Nice area. Did not try breakfast. Beds need some help. Uncomfortable for both of us."

"All sites indicate there is a hot tub, however, there is not. Apparently has been closed for awhile, filled up with cement with a rusty dusty pool table on top. There was a man that kept his room door open a few doors down and smelled up the entire motel. When I tell you it smelled like a crappy old folks home I am not exaggerating. I highly doubt there was any chlorine in the pool as there was no chlorine smell. Very very disgusting place."
