"All of the above… and then some. The room was spotless, the staff was genuinely awesome, and the amenities were clearly designed by people who actually understand travelers and mountain bikers. Bike valet, bike rentals, record players in the room with unlimited vinyl, and a front-row seat to the Christmas parade like it was VIP seating. I came for a night and left feeling like family. Cold temps, warm hospitality — The Motto nailed it."

"Everything about the hotel was amazing. I do want to point out that I always travel with my dog and while this hotel does allow dogs there is a $150 fee per night that was not disclosed anywhere. They ended up waiving the fee and put that he was a service dog. I’m used to a pet friendly hotel charging $25 or so but not $150. Just fyi but everything else was great. "
