“I was at this boutique hotel during a hurricane category five. The hotel had an emergency plan in place and back up generators with plenty of fuel. We ended up staying an extra week and the management gave us a substantial discount for the extended stay because of the hurricane. The manager also helped us locate anti-seizure medication for my epileptic son. The staff were very accommodating and checked on us as we’ve never been through a hurricane before.
