The staff is super friendly and helpful. The place is meticulously clean. It is very quiet, and everything is within walking distance. Airport transportation was smooth and arranged by the hotel staff. Port is 5 min walk away to hire a boat to go to magical islands within 20-30 minutes for snorkeling, swimming or seeing the rock formation and amazing nature. We would be repeating our visit here!

We received excellent service from everyone in this hotel from the front desk to the restaurant crew. The rooms are clean and spacious. One of the most beautiful properties I’ve ever stayed at. Staff makes you feel like you own the island and they all work for you. Try to get a VIP Villa or beach Villa. Highly recommend for romantic get away. Sunsets are spectacular. We had dinner on the beach almost every evening, unforgettable time here. I love you guys.

Our stay at Bacau Bay was wonderful! The property was beautiful with great facilities and the staff were so nice and helpful. We spent an entire afternoon relaxing in their beautiful pool and ordering poolside food and drinks. It’s also a short tuktuk ride into town, which the hotel staff were easily able to help call for us. We only stayed one night but could have easily spent many more there.
