“Location was great! Close to restaurants, stores, 2 min walk to the beach. The property does need a little TLC.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at Inn on the Avenue in New Smyrna Beach! ❤️ The breakfast was hands-down the best, and the keepers were friendly and made our stay even more memorable! The place is charming, welcoming, and full of personality. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New Smyrna Beach! 🌴☀️”

“It’s an older hotel, I’m sure soon to be renovated. Bathroom fixtures, sinks, shower/tub are dated but all very clean. Staff was super helpful and it’s of course right on the beach with 2 pools so the location is perfect. The VALUE is terrific.”

“The beach ir right outside your room. The staff is amazing”

“A property right on the beach, clean, great staff”

“Don’t be fooled by the recent, raving reviews. This place scammed me out of my $100+ booking. I showed up to check in, but the front lobby was dimly lit and locked. Tried to get my money back with no luck. Spend your money elsewhere. Much better options located in Port Orange.”

“Clean and nice to have non carpet floors. Bathrooms were spotless. Some parts of the property needed updating (elevators had seen better days exterior wise...I felt safe riding it). Otherwise, exceptional!”

“Beautiful facility. Excellent customer service.”

“The hotel had an event and assumed all the guests were part of it, I advised several times that it was our anniversary”

“객실이 깨끗한 직원이 친절했습니다.”

“I've Stayed at Several Hotels. And this One was far the Best From this Chain. Very Professional Staff. From the Cleaning Staff to the Maintenance Staff. I would stay here again. I was Definitely Impressed with the Family Owned and Operated Feel!!!”
