โNice staff, spacious clean room. Bathroom was very small and did not have any space even for a waste basket, but there was a nice sink console right outside with everything you would need, counter space, large mirror, hair dryer, and yes, a wastebasket, too. There was a squeak from the bottom of the bathroom door, easily fixable, but a little irritating at night. Bed was big and comfortable, the room was very spacious and clean, our stay was very good.โ
โThe carpet in the hall is blue but so threadbare it is white before each door. The windows you can barely see out of they are so dirty. The wallpaper is falling off the wall with many dings and dents in the walls, lampshades. 5 pillows and one was yellowish. A huge rip in my curtains. rips on the chair at the desk. Hard to believe this place is 170 a night. Very disappointed to stay here.โ
โWe were there overnight for a concert in Syracuse. Clean, comfortable room, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Hotel overall was very clean and quiet. โ
โWe were only there for ten hours but had an enjoyable stay. Check in was breeze and the staff was great throughout. The room wasn't huge but it was big enough. Everything was clean. It wasn't a large breakfast but it fit the bill. The hotel has a restaurant and a pub but did not have time to go to either. We had been to the town several times so we did not do any walking but everything is close by. The price fit into our budget.โ
