โThe staff were all super nice and immediately helped with all our requests and needs. The gratus pickup and transfer to the hotel was appreciated after a long travel day. We were upgraded to a spectacular room with the best lake and mountain views. The room was spotless, comfortable and nice extras. The spa facilities are unbelievable and relaxing. The location is perfect to walk and see the sights and the shops are plentiful. We thank all who helped us have a memorable stay.โ
โLoved staying here! We donโt typically stay in hostels but this place was excellent! The staff was super friendly and helpful! We had a private room with shared bathroom and showers. The bathroom and showers were super clean and the showers had great water pressure and heat. The spa in the pictures is not included it is additional, but itโs a nice option to have. โCentrally located. There is a free shuttle to and from train station. We didnโt realize upon our arrival and ended up on a steep incline walk up to the hotel. I didnโt the shuttle option when booking so be aware. Itโs a great service as the town is all hills. Easy to walk through the city center from hotel which was clean and comfortable.โ
