“Room was OK, A/C worked good which was nice. Parking in basement was a challenge, not for bigger cars for sure and you need to be able to navigate your vehicle carefully, not much room to get around. Breakfast was OK, a missed a bit of more healthy options. Friendly and helpful staff most of the time even with a few language challenges, receptionists spoke good English though.”

“There was no parking left in the garage for us but we easily found street parking. We appreciated the elevator after a long day and the balcony was lovely.”

“The apartment was very cute just like in the photos. It was clean, bright and spacious two negatives were the beds are very hard both the bed in the room and the sofa bed. The noise was terrible. The location of the apartment is in centre of old town and all the restaurants and bars are below our window. “Extremely dirty room. Mold in carpets, dirt everywhere in bathroom even mirror - bed filthy - only positive was lady in bar - although glasses were also dirty”

“Very spacious and well appointed suite, perhaps only missing more device charging locations. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast clearly one of the best ever and included. Location is great as the downtown is within walking distance and beaches very close also. Did not want to leave as the pool area was a true oasis.”

“The breakfast was good but very little to no amenities. No coffee maker or kettle in the room. The mattress is old and very discomfiting as well as the pillows. Requesting anything is a big problem. The hotel is very old and needs an upgrade. Towels need to be replaced with newer ones.”

“We loved this lovingly restored old mercantile/home before we even walked in the door. The owner maintained all the original beauty and characteristics. He even arranged for a local restaurant to make the one meal we love and hadn’t been able to find. Breakfast was absolutely lovely surrounded by so much history.”
