"Stunning resort & brilliant for kids, with loads of activities & 4 different pools. Only gripe is with the cost of the food, far too expensive e.g €25 for a burger in one restaurant & when Sagres town is a hefty walk with young children in tow, you have little option but to eat on site. On reflection we wish we’d got an apt with a kitchen so we could’ve self catered"

"To get it out of the way, the only negative thing I can say about this report is its wifi. We didn't have wifi at our "room" (not common area) for easy 4 nights which was very frustrating. The front desk was notified about this and kept telling us that they had wifi issues and that their guy would come to take a look following day at 11 am but the problem persisted. "From the moment you drive up the long driveway to Enigma, your first thoughts are that it’s a stunning hotel, an architect’s delight, with amazing views over the countryside. However there were some flaws of the hotel we noticed soon after entering the lobby. The hotel has so much potential to be more and do better than it was.
