The hotel was closed when we arrived 6/19/2019. They informed us that it has been closed from 6/7/2019. It was 10PM and we didn't know where else to go. Thankfully we had a patient taxi driver who took us to another hotel.

The Hotel itself is old and the AC is really weak. The best thing about the hotel is the pool area which is really nice. The staff is very polite and helpful. Food and drinks as well as all other extras are very expensive. I payed more than 4 Euro for a 0,4 draft beer. The WiFi is very weak or doesn’t work at all. The hotel has 4 stars but it’s not up to standard anymore. The prices for rooms, breakfast and extras are way to expensive. The rooms are clean but the interior is old and heavily used. For the prices they charge I really can’t suggest the Hotel to anyone. But I want to the thank the staff because they try hard.

Pool toppt Rest des Hauses

Hotelzustand ist schockierend. Meine Hotel.com Zimmerbuchung ist die billigste Version über dem Restaurant/Küche. Wirklich nicht zu empfehlen auch wegen des schlechten Geruchs. Musste 45 Euro Aufpreis zahlen, um ein einigermaßen okay Zimmer zu bekommen. Hotel.com Beschreibung ist irreführend. Gym hat keine funktionierende Klimaanlage und dementsprechend heiß. Hotel benötigt dringend Maintenance. Das Haus ist ganz klar eine ‚Cash Cow’ ohne Investitionen. Der Pool ist allerdings super. Pool und Personal hat mich zurückkommen lassen.

The stay was rather OK despite the lack of air conditioning (due to the age -37years- of the hotel). The check out was different. I ended up bearing another name and was asked to pay for my stay. I was presented an invoice for 202 000 XOF. The person pretended that "hotels.com" was not paying them and that "hotels.com" would reimburse me afterwards! This has ruined the rather positive opinion I had of the place. I eventually paid only for the room service I used after a rude fight with the hotel personnel.

only good thing about Hotel is very near to airport. But rooms are very bad, Ac is not working, room door is not opening ..every time need to ask reception to open by manual key. Very less option for Veg food. Wifi was not working ....many more problem

Une belle fin de vie !

Superbe hôtel vieillissant (essentiellement pour les chambres) qui bénéficie d'un parc, d'une vue sur mer et d'une piscine de toute beauté. Le petit déjeuner n'a rien à envier à ceux des meilleurs hôtels parisiens. Malheureusement la vie de cet hôtel est comptée, puisqu'il devrait être entièrement refait prochainement.

My colleague and I stayed at the Benin Marina and on the outside it looks great, however once in my room, I found an extension lead with a myriad of cabling around it, the extension lead did not work, The wall socket did not work and there was no internet in the room. Eventually they gave me an alternative room, as if doing me a favour. Again there was an extension lead but at least this one worked, however I again had to go to reception to ask why there was no internet. to there credit they did send someone up who got it fixed,,,there had been a problem with the cabling. For a supposed upmarket hotel you would expect them to check the rooms that they are going to put guests into. We ordered a beer at our table in the bar but when the bill came the beer was more than the price on the drinks menu, when we queried this we were told that the prices had gone up several weeks earlier but that they had not amended the drinks menu. Again it was not what one would expect from a hotel of this stature. Overall I was disappointed with the rooms, the service in the bar and the general demeanor of the staff who seem to think that guests are there to keep them in a job.

Breakfast is delicious. Although the environment of the hotel is good, it is better to specify it because there is a side opposite to the sea side. It is good because there is a bathtub unusually in the hotel of Benin. The floor of the room is dirty. Overall aging.

place nice but service is not good as expected for a 4 star hotel One day my room keep undone, with wet and dirty bath. I asked lobby for a kick done and replace bath towels when I saw room was as I left it. They told me they will move, but nobody came.

Bien qu’un peu vieillot cet hôtel à plus de charme que ses concurrents alentour. Belle piscine, beaucoup de verdure, grand hall. Un point noir, le client Expedia est un client de seconde zone à qui ils réservent les chambres les plus moches. Et il le disent ouvertement !

L'hotel ne prend pas en charge les réservations prit via ce site. Nous avons eu a payer une deuxième fois les frais de chambres, plus cher et sans aucun geste commercial en plus! Petit déjeuner mauvais, et on tente de nous charger pour l'un d'entre eux en plus lors du check out!!
