꼭 참고하세요..

조식포함으로 예약했는데 영어가 잘 통하지 않아 손님에게 조식비를 받는 불쾌한일이 있었습니다.직원들이 프랑스어만 하지 영어는 영~~못하더라구요 발음도 불어에가까움..조식포함이라구 했지만 무조건 모른다고 하더군요..이런~~ 그래서 첫날은 냈고 억울해서 이튼날엔 이메일 예약확인서를 핸폰으로 캡쳐해서 보여줬던니 계산을 안받더라구요.. 다른 친절도는 너무도 만족스러웠구 wifi 상태는 많이 안좋음.. 그래도 편안했고 좋았음..

BIG PROBLEM

BIG PROBLEM! I have stayed at Hotel du Port many times and love the hotel. However, the hotel did not honor my Hotels.com reservation; they explained that They are no longer accepting any reservations through online companies. I was informed that I will need to get a reimbursement from Hotels.com. since Hotels.com already charged me for night, but apparently never paid the hotel. So I was forced to pay for the night, directly to the hotel, after Hotels.com already took my money. I paid twice which and it was a very unpleasant experience after traveling for 24 hours. I know that I should be reimbursed from Hotels.com but I will believe it when I receive it. In the meantime I will never use Hotels.com. Terrible experience.

Plus. Schwimmbad Garten kokospalmen Freundlichkeit des Personals große des Zimmers. Minus Es wird nicht das minimum investiert um Glühbirne auszutauschen. Klimaanlage zu reparieren kloschusseldeckel auszutauschen usw... Küche gut sehr wenig Auswahl Preis korrekt. Für 39 euros kann man zufrieden sein, wenn man Afrika akzeptiert wie es ist. Sonst nicht zu empfehlen ich werde trotz un Vollkommenheit wieder hingehen.

Je ne sais pas par où commencer, chambre pas propre, salle de bain pas propre avec beaucoup d'odeur qui entre dans la chambre, la télé un cachaumar, on ne peut pas dormir sans pulvériser la chambre à cause des moustiques je suis rentré malade, le service est nul même pas moyen d'imprimer un document à l'hôtel, aucun ordinateur ou imprimante à disposition pour les clients. Tout est à revoir dans cet hôtel, le directeur m'a promis que les choses vont changer mais on verra bien.

Nice and comfy hotel

Located not far from the city center with a nice pool. Good breakfast and dinner menu. Helpful and understanding staff. The free airport pick-up and drop-off is a bonus

J'ai l'habitude de venir chaque année à l'hotel du port avec une agence qui connait bien l'hotel et me sert en conséquence et je suis toujours reparti content de mon séjour. cette fois j'ai changé d'agence sans raison particulière et je constate qu'elle n'a aucune connaissance de l'endroit, EN L'OCCURENCE: VOUS!!....Finalement, étant un fidèle client de l'hotel j'ai pû négocier sur place des conditions telles qu'auparavent. En fait je suis satisfait de la prestation de l'hotel ,mais pas de la votre dans le cadre de l'annonce et je disuaderai tout mon entourage possible pour ne pas utiliser votre agence: La prestation de HOTEL;COM est lamentable

Pour ceux qui souhaitent œuvrer dans Cotonou la situation de l’hôtel est centrale mais en contrepartie vous héritez de la pollution du port juste à côté. Les chambres sont propres, grandes, confortables et climatisées. Le jardin intérieur avec piscine est sympa. Mais dommage que le service du petit déjeuner soit défaillant.

Not recommended

Nice and clean swimming pool and garden. Otherwise the hotel cannot be recommended. They did not find our bookings for 3 rooms. Eventually all the rooms we got had some problems, no hot water or no air conditioning or sewerage water coming to the floor; got new rooms okey. Some rooms were not cleaned during our stay. No fire safety devices or escape instructions. Worst of all, a conman approached two of us separately asking for money to get insuline for his diabetes. Had all the syringes, blood sugar measurings etc to show. Promised to pay back generously by bank transfer afterwards. I adviced to go to the hospital. The receptionist brought him into my room, not acceptable to bring people to customers' doors! Poorly educated staff all in all.

Try to avoid it

Please avoid this hotel. For not much more La Marina and IBIS are much better. Water, web AC, cleanness, noise (the port), no screens for mosquitos, etc. It was certainly fabulous 20 or 25 years ago but maintenance and investments are lacking for several years now and it is far from average standards. I travelled in Africa before and it is not a strict comparison with western comfort. Despite that, people are very nice at reception desk.

Cadre agréable nécessitant amélioration de service

J'avais déjà eu à séjourner dans cet hôtel au cadre très agréable. J'ai remarqué des améliorations (visible dès le hall d'accueil - déco plus agréable). Malheureusement, le changement nécessitant un peu de patience, j'ai été confrontée à un personnel qui cherchait encore ses marques, mais avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Je pense que la phase d'apprentissage et d'adaptation passée, il n'y aura plus de perte de temps à la réception. Beaucoup d'efforts de rénovation ont été faits, mais je pense qu'ils doivent se poursuivre. La piscine et l'espace autour de la piscine demeurent les "gros points positifs" de cet hôtel.

Vieux et désuet, un chauffeur qui nous a permit de changer d’hôtel nous a dit que c'était courant, presque toutes les réservations sont chanceler, je me demande pourquoi vous promotionner ce produit, lieu vraiment de passe. chambre pour commerce illicite.

Das Schwimmbecken ist beim Ausstieg aus dem Wasser Lebensgefährlich, da die fliessen am Beckenrand spiegelglatt sind, ich liege aufgrund dessen seit dem 9. Dez mit gebrochenem Oberschenkel in verschiedenen Kliniken, Cotonou, Accra, und jetzt in Geilenkirchen, soviel dazu. das Aggregat der Klimaanlage befand sich diekt auf dem Balkon, sodass man sich dort nicht aufhalten konnte wegen des Geräuschpegels und der Abwarme der Klimaanlage, teilweise hingen die Einbauspots lose aus der Decke heraus.Aber sonst war es in Ordnung, Liebe Grüsse aus der Klinik,Mit freundlichen Grüssen, Rainer Kunz,ach so der medizinische Service vor Ort ist noch stark ausbauvähig

騒音がひどい

写真で見る限り、プールはきれいだし快適に見えます。がちょうど隣が貿易港で、24時間コンテナの積み下ろしが行われている様子。入ってくるトラックはクラクション鳴らしっぱなしだったり、ディーゼルの排気ガスがひどかったりします。ゆっくり眠りたいのなら、もう少し離れたところがよいと思います。なんとか耳栓をして眠りました。周りにも徒歩圏内には食事できるところ、買い物できるところはあまりなく、食事をとるならホテル内となると思います。 あと、入った部屋のシャワーは壊れていて、ヘッドとホースが中で切れていました。修理をお願いしたのですが、不十分で、ちょうど持っていたペンチで自分で治す羽目になりました。きっと一生懸命やってくれているのだろうけれど。。。

A Hotel with character

Tremendous swimming Pool. The Port is a full on Container Port at the end of the grounds but it is not obtrusive and gives you something to look at. Mosquitoes a bit of a problem if like me you get bitten; although the rooms have AC they get in. No Shampoo and one block of soap but the room was kept clean and the staff were charming. Only French TV channels which was a bit limiting. I grew to enjoy the place

Staff do not speak English, hotel is not as good

The tolet and, shower and A/C to the room i was assigned was not working, staff do not speak english which was rather very frustrating. when we arrived, i was told i need to pay again because they did not receive my payment meanwhile before i left Canada i see that my credit card has been charged. to get this sorted out took about 1 hr where i had to wait at the reception, thanks to another guest who happens to speak english, he was a God sent and served as the interpreter for the whole episode. we couldnt get like a snack bar, they have a restaurant quite, food was just ok, no big deal. in the evening we wanted to stay at the pool and snack unfortunately there was no snack whatsever. overall, we had to endure thank God it was only for a night

Es funktioniert nur noch wenig in diesem Hotel; Wasser fließt oft nur tröpfchenweise, die Klimaanlage war nicht zu regeln und blies nur noch warme Luft; ein einziges kleines vergilbtes Handtuch, hohe Preise für Getränke, Kleinstfernseher mit schlechtem Bild; Zimmer mit altem, dunklem und verwohntem Mobiliar; das versprochene W-Lan funktionierte nicht auf dem Zimmer, nur zeitweise an der Rezeption und dann sehr langsam, etc.... Das Personal war überwiegend freundlich, doch oft überfordert
