Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel. Leider konnte ich nicht im Hotel übernachten, da ich eine Auto Panne hatte. Es war nicht möglich, einen etwas geringeren Preis zu bezahlen für die nicht getätigte Übernachtung. Und die Park Gebühr musste ich ebenfalls bezahlen!! Das fand ich nicht so toll! 🤔

ein sehr nettes, freundliches und geduldiges Personal, stets mit einem Lächeln auf den Lippen; auf individuelle Wünsche wurde eingegangen, lieben Dank an Nadin und Corinna, auch individuelle Tipps für Ausflüge wurden gegeben, mit Kindern auch sehr zu empfehlen, meine Großnichte hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt, schöne große Zimmer, mit viel Platz, dabei alles sehr sauber und gepflegt

Das Hotel ist relativ neu. Das Zimmer war sauber. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit „Full kitchen“ gebucht. Es gab eine kleine Miniküche mit Geschirr, Gläsern und Besteck. Leider fehlten sämtliche Kochutensilien. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir einen deckellosen Topf mit dem Kommentar, dass der Chef kein Kochgeschirr in den Zimmern haben wollte. Unter „Full kitchen“ sind wir aus anderen Hotels etwas anderes gewohnt. Leider stand in der Beschreibung nicht, dass der Pool nur an den Wochenenden vormittags geöffnet ist. Auch eine Dame an der Rezeption wusste dieses nicht. Als wir an einem Dienstagvormittag im Schwimmbad waren wurden wir in einer sehr unhöflichen Art und Weise aus dem Pool verwiesen. Wir denken mit Gästen geht man so nicht um. Die Matratzen waren sehr hart, leider ohne Lattenroste, für Menschen mit Rückenproblemen eher nicht geeignet.

Hotel ist sehr schön, aber der Wellnessbereich ist nicht exklusiv für das Hotel und man muss ziemlich weit laufen. Für die Wellnesstasche wäre es toll, wenn es nicht nur Saunatücher sondern auch gleich extra Handtücher zum Abtrocknen geben würde. Frühstück ist sehr gut und reichhaltig, aber das Personal kommt nicht immer hinterher mit dem Nachfüllen, wenn sehr viel Betrieb ist.

Wir waren über Ostern hier. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich. Beim Frühstück war alles vorhanden was man zum Start in den neuen Tag benötigt und es wurde ständig aufgefüllt. Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas außerhalb dafür aber sehr ruhig gelegen. Mit dem Bus ist es kein Problem zum Tierpark oder in die Innenstadt zu kommen. So konnten wir das Auto auch mal stehen lassen. Der schöne große Pool hatte für Hotelgäste von 07-22 Uhr geöffnet. Die 4 Sterne Sauna hat gesonderte Öffnungszeiten. Den Spa Bereich sollten man sich aber unbedingt mal anschauen. Wenn man im italienischen Restaurant, das sich im Hotel befindet, keinen Platz mehr bekommen sollte oder man Appetit auf etwas anderes hat, kann ich den Spa Bereich ebenfalls empfehlen. Eine kleine Besonderheit zur Nutzung des Pools gibt es noch zu erwähnen. Während der Öffnungszeiten der Sauna gilt dort "jeder wie er es mag und jedem seine Freiheit ". FKK oder lieber mit Badebekleidung. Ich finde es hat gut funktioniert. Wenn ich das nächste mal in Cottbus bin werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten.

Das Hotel ist prima, ganz tolle, sehr geräumige Zimmer, alles sauber. Das Frühstück ist klasse, frische Zubereitung der Speisen, auch der Schwimm,-und Welnessbereich ist prima. Der einzige Kritikpunkt: Die Dame an der Rezeption vormittags war alles andere als zuvorkommend. Hier sollte dringend an Freundlichkeit gearbeitet werden. Das restliche Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und ist prima auf die Gäste eingegangen. P.S. Das italienische Restaurant können wir nur empfehlen, alles sehr lecker und toll angerichtet.

Gerne wieder, trotz der Kritikpunkte

Der Aufenthalt war recht angenehm, das Zimmer sehr modern ausgestattet. Zwei Kritikpunkte habe ich dennoch: 1. Haare in der Badewanne die nicht von uns waren 2. wir haben das Zimmer verlängert und das Hotel wusste es beim einchecken, trotzdem standen wir vor dem Zimmer in der 3 Etage und konnten nicht rein, da der Zugang per Karte verweigert wurde.

eine wirklich angenehme Übernachtung

schon der erste Eindruck war sehr freundlich und zugewandt, Personal am Empfang sehr nett. Das Zimmer war schon vor 15.00 Uhr fertig und stand zur Nutzung zur Verfügung.
