“I stayed in a wheelchair accessible room. All was excellent except the shower. There was no way to not flood the whole bathroom area as shower area was small and had no curtains. I suppose if you're not showering it would be ok. Wonder if the normal bathrooms have the same absence of a splash enclosure.”

“I booked this room at 7:48am on Friday 13th, October 2017 for the same day. Upon arriving at the hotel, the manager states that she cancelled my booking at 7:50am because there were no rooms available. No apology. Rooms were still listed on Expedia as available. I received no official correspondence regarding this cancellation.I was told by the front desk that they can cancel it on their system but I would need to call Expedia to let them know the situation. I am currently awaiting a refund....

“The owner/manager of this property was very welcoming and understanding of our situation and did everything he could to facilitate us on short notice. The pool in the property overlooks a slight hill so it makes for a nice touch. We felt very safe and the place is in a very quiet and serene area. We definitely look forward to staying here again once we are in Tobago. ”

“I stayed at Lorna’s Cottage for one week. Communications with the property before, during and after were excellent. I was able to check-in early, which was an added plus. Three of the amenities that I look for in this area of the world include good A/C, strong internet and a generally quiet environment. All three were excellent.
