"We were supposed to have housekeeping on one day of our three night stay. They never showed up in spite of assurances from the staff that they would. One other detail is that while close to uptown shops and restaurants, the resort is massive and it takes quite a lot of walking to get out. Getting there from our room required walking down a street with no sidewalk. Would not stay here again."

"Very friendly and helpful front desk staff! Our room and bedding was immaculately clean. This was definitely in our price range and close to our drive to Sedona to trailheads. There a great Mexican restaurant just steps away from the main entrance."

"My husband, dog, and I enjoyed our stay. I loved the attention to details in regards to amenities like ceramic mugs for coffee, a large sized trash can and a trash can for recyclables. Water temperature and pressure is perfect. Staff members are nice. Nd approachable. All in all a 10 out of 10."
