We got the "hotels.com" room. No screen on the window, the bright giant light that lights up the hotel shown right into our room blinding us and there was no hair dryer. But it was a very clean and comfortable room with a window that did open, which we appreciate. The bed was very comfortable, the shuttle was ready for us, and breakfast was good.

Pictures of the hotel definitely made it seem a lot nicer. Room was just very run down. Bathtub didn't drain while showering. Scuff marks all over the walls. Both of the beds in the room were different sizes (one was a queen, one was a full). Only one small lamp for the whole main room. Overall, just felt old and dingy. However, the staff was very nice and check in went very smooth.
