"We stayed in a golden forest room that didn’t have adaquate ac. Room never got cooler than 28 degrees. We complained and they told us it was working correctly and gave us a fan. Complained again and they told us this was all they could do. I slept under damp towels in order to try and keep cool and get some rest. It was an incredibly expensive let down and greatly impacted my enjoyment of the park. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here."

"This place should be closed to the public during summer months - there’s no aircon, rooms are an utter sweatbox with no relieve given from the ceiling fan. Getting a good night sleep is near impossible. Cold water and ice is an absolute rarity in the facility. I was counting down the nights till I was leaving. I’m sure during winter or autumn months it would be idea"

"I’m a Disney fan. I’m platinum on Disney cruises and passholder for wide Orlando. I was so excited to take the kids to Disney Paris. Wow. This was an eye opener. Just a couple things that maybe it was my fault for expecting. 1) helpfulness? Not here. I went to the guest services a few times because I had questions. Like my kids needed some extra pillows? "The hotel was really nice. However, the rooms smelled a bit weird. Also, one of the mornings, we were having the all-you-can-eat breakfast downstairs. I saw a little kid sneeze onto the Mickey waffles and the mum didn't bother to notify staff so I let three of the staff members know. Not one of them did anything about the food even though one of them was translating what I said to the others in French. On the last day, the maids kept opening the door in the morning when we were getting ready to...

"The staff was lovely. The room was very nice. We liked breakfast. Our only complaint would be that it isn’t close to transit. We had to take a taxi from the airport and ordered delivery for food because there wasn’t much close by."
